An EasyEclipse Distribution is a prepackaged release of Eclipse that provides a fully functional Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for a specific type of development. This program is all you need to start developing Python with Eclipse fast and easy. The PyDev plugin does not work if there are spaces in the installation path. Make sure that you install in a path location that does not have spaces.
